由于新老队员水平上的差异,本学期针对他们的基础和特点突出了不同训练内容和的要求。老队员要继续加强基本功的训练,加大训练力度和难度,重视训练质量,提高身体的柔韧性。新队员则要从基本功入手,进行系统的训练,如:基训地面练习和基训把杆练习,帮助学生提高自身素质,增强自身气质,为以后的舞蹈学习打下良好的基础,并争取在短时间内与老队员接轨。

本学期计划学习一块成品舞蹈:民族舞蹈《雨后春山》,这是一块山东胶州秧歌,旋律紧凑,具有浓郁的民族气息。同时还带有一种古典舞蹈的味道。这首舞蹈共18人,对队员的素质要求较高,要求队员要有良好的身体协调性和柔韧性,并要求队员节奏感强、动作规范,特别强调眼神和表情以及舞感,让学生学会用心舞蹈。这首舞蹈是本学期训练的重点,我们要加强训练,从齐、快、准上下功夫,争取以以高质量的演出迎接今年六月份的文艺汇演。
