近年来，随着新课程改革的全面推进，学校办学水平的不断提升，我们英语教研组作为学校的基层组织，得到了学校领导的高度重视和大力支持，这使得我们这支年轻的团队激情满怀，充满活力，总有一股冲劲和韧劲，努力打造出适合每位孩子的英语教学环境。现从以下四点对近年来我们英语教研组6位教师的工作与学习进行简要回顾：
一、队伍建设
我们英语教研组共6人，其中骨干教师1人，高级教师2人，组内教师均为英语专业，本科学历5人。__任教研组长，组员包括：__、__、__、__、__。全组教师学为人师表，行为规范，热爱教育事业，热爱学生，工作中尽职尽责，从没有过体罚或变相体罚学生的现象，严格遵守学校的规章制度与劳动纪律，服从领导分配，绝对做到个人利益服从集体利益，每次教研活动有计划、有记录、有总结与反思，能够出色完成学校交给的各项任务。
二、教研活动
我组教师积极参加市、区组织的各项教科研活动，出勤率达到100%，每周至少一人做组内研究课，全组教师听课，周二、周五进行校本教研活动，对该教师的说课、授课进行评课与反思，落实教学工作。经过不断地外出观摩、学习与反思，大家都能够积极进行新课程教改实验，通过反复实践、反思、总结，功夫不负有心人，我们终于形成了适合本校特色的英语教学模式，__与__两位教师分别在区做研究展示课，__老师在__市河东实验小学做研究展示课，反响甚佳。
三、教学管理

在教研中心及学校领导的关心支持下，我们英语教研组全体成员共同努力，积极贯彻教研中心精神，认真执行学校教育教学制度。以新课程标准为指导，以优化课堂教学、培养学生良好的学习习惯为重心。在工作中，扎扎实实不断创新，团结合作，积极开展教科研活动，切实提高了教学质量和教师自身的业务水平。以学校“一切为了每一位学生的发展”的办学思想为指导，以整体推进基础教育课程改革为中心，以深化课堂教学为重点，以全面提高教学质量，全面提高学生综合素质为目标，群策群力抓好英语科教研教学工作，切实提高教科研工作水平。现做如下小结：
一、落实教学常规，规范教学工作。
一学期以来，我们以教学为中心，认真落实常规管理，进一步规范教学行为。坚持常规教研活动的制度，坚持每月的大教研组活动，使常规工作有序地开展，把常规工作抓严、抓细、抓实，促进教学管理的良性循环。本学期我们有计划地组织教师对教育教学理论的学习、转变教师观念。认真学习《英语课程标准》，深入学习新课程的先进理念，深化自己的教学活动，改变了过去以“教师为中心”的传统教学理念，树立了“面向全体学生，突出以学生为主体，促进学生发展”的新的教学理念，将新课程标准的精神认真落实到具体的教学活动中，真正实现课堂教学的有效性，切实提高了教师课堂教学水平。
经教导处安排，开展了每人一节课活动，老师们积极参与，认真备课，力争打造精彩课堂，并及时上交课后反思材料，教学技能有了明显的进步。通过参加区教研中心开展的课堂艺术研讨会，老师们倍受鼓舞，受益匪浅，增强了教学的乐趣，明确了教学思路，促进了教师专业素养的提高。
二、加强备课组管理，提升教学设计水平。
我们各年级备课组都能坚持每月的“主题式”备课、评课活动，以骨干引领，同伴互助的“同组互相观摩”形式，通过集体备课质量的提高来促进课堂教学水平的提升。备课时，老师们能认真钻研教材，从点滴入手，了解学生的认知水平，积极查找相关资料。每次备课由1名教师选定一个单元并主讲，明确本单元教学内容的重点、难点、疑点，基本习题，参考教法等。然后，同年级备课组教师进行讨论，后达成共识。这样，充分发挥备课组的群体力量，一步步把教学研究引向深入。大家取长补短，资源共享，共同提高教学效果。
三、深化课堂教学改革，不断提高教学效率。

四、开展教育科研，提高教学质量。
教育科研是能否成为现代教师的重要标尺。我们教研组的老师清醒地认识到，教育科研是提高教育教学质量和教师素质的必由之路。针对我校学生的实际情况和日常教学中令自己困惑或突出的问题，老师们认真地学习和探讨相关理论并分别确立了科研小课题，以问题为中心开展了专题行动研究。我们期望通过实验研究，我镇各小学生源均来自各自然村及镇直机关，由于受家庭等方面的影响，学生学习程度参差不齐，两极分化严重，于是，在教学中，我们尽力兼顾每个学生，并有针对性地鼓励、引导后进生，做到定时、定量、定对象，让他们树立自信、端正学习态度，有效发挥他们的积极主动性，逐步增强英语学习兴趣，从而提高学生的整体水平。为激发学生的学习兴趣，我们开展了四年级英语书写比赛;五年级英语手抄报评选活动，大大提高了学生的综合素质。提高自身的教科研水平，切实改进教学方法，提高教学质量。
五、继续加强学习，不断提高自身素质。
《英语课程标准》对英语学科的发展提出了新的要求，这就要求我们要加强学习，不断更新教育教学观念和知识结构，提高自身的综合素质，才能符合时代潮流的发展要求。为此,我们继续组织全组教师学习先进的教育教学理论，学习优秀的教学论文与教学设计，及时了解当前小学英语教改的'新动向。同时，我们还请方玫教授先后为我们作了有关英语教学与英语语音知识的讲座，不断提高全组教师的教育教学能力与水平。
一份耕耘，一份收获。教学工作苦乐相伴。我们将本着“勤学、善思、实干”的准则，一如既往，团结协作，在今后的工作中加倍努力，使教研工作服务于学生，服务于教师，为提高教育教学质量铺路、架桥。
六，今后的努力方向。
回顾一学期的工作，有付出，有收获，更有不足，作为教研组长，在平时的教研工作中，的确还有很多欠缺，我镇的英语教研工作还有待于进一步改进提高。争取下学期从以下几个方面作出努力：
1、把教研活动做细、做实，做到有计划、有安排、有落实。
2、为全面提高学生语言技能，开展丰富多彩的英语课外活动。
