But for myself，I learn English not only because of its importance and its usefulness，but also because of my love for it.When I learn English， I can feel a different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world.When I read English novels，I can feel the pleasure from the book which is different from reading the translation.When I speak English， I can feel the confident from my words.When I write English，I can see the beauty which is not the same as our Chinese...
I love English，it gives me a colorful dream.I hope I can travel around the world one day. With my good English， I can make friends with many people from different contries.I can see many places of great intrests.I dream that I can go to London，because it is the birth place of English.
I also want to use my good English to introduce our great places to the English spoken people，I hope that they can love our country like us.
I know， Rome was not built in a day. I believe that after continuous hard study， one day I can speak English very well.

大家下午好!我演讲的题目是《我是大学生》。 今天，我站在这里，蓦然回首，那个稚气的中学生不见了。我带着青春的激情，青春的叛逆，冲破高三的桎梏，而今已开始了一段新的征程。
大学，每个学生心中的梦想之地，在这里我们展示自我，飞扬激情。如今，我已迈进聊大的校门，而我便要在这里陶冶自己，锤炼自己。在这里我们是主人，是勇士，是继往开来的开拓者，是品味生活美酒的幸运儿，更是虔诚的梦想的追随者。发掘智慧，积聚智慧，寻找自己的方向，在奋斗中体现于自我价值。纵然我们一生都未能达到心目中的高峰，可只要我们努力过，经历过，思考过，感受过，回忆过，那我们的存在便有意义。作为一名大学生，面对自己的未来，面对前人的希望与后人的责任，我们更要做一个有理想的人，有责任心的人，能够在苦难中不断奋斗的人。
大学生一直被人们称为“天之骄子”，在同龄人中我们是幸运的，我们拥有更多的就业机会，更大的发展空间。但是我们好象并没有充分利用这得天独厚的优势，在大学中我们学习的少，消磨时间的多;上课的时候，听课的少睡觉得多;走间大学寝室，电脑大多不是用来学习的，而是用来玩游戏、聊天、看电影的。曾经看过这样一句描写大学生活的，：“大一的学生知道自己不知道，大二的学生不知道自己不知道，大三的学生不知道自己知道，大四的学生知道自己知道。”我们不知道我们究竟在大学学到了什么，我不知道这样的我们能否在竞争如此激烈的当代社会找到一份适合自己好的工作。
有天晚上听广播一位的企业家对我们大学时做出了这样的评价，他说“现在的大学生就是一个消费品，去掉消字就剩下废品了，现在的大学生还不如我公司里一个从零开始的员工懂的专业知识多。”听完之后我是非常的气愤，但是气愤之余冷静的想一想他说的不无道理，因为这就是我们当代大学生的真实写照，我们对我们的专业知识懂得实在太少了!
而如今大学生就业问题更是重中只重，大学生面临着严峻的就业压力，这更要求我们学好专业知识，提高素质，德智体综合全面发展，既要“成人”，又要“成才”。知礼，诚信，勤奋，有担当，这是我们我们当代大学生必须具备的素质。只有这样，我们才可能在未来激烈的社会竞争中有一席立足之地。
大学本科可以说是一个人的“出身”，因为大学本科阶段是人生知识技能奠基、思维方式形成和人格日趋成熟的重要时期，四年的大学教育，完全可以改变一个人，甚至重塑性格。我希望我们聊大的学生们都能在聊大的学习过程中塑造和完善自己，在自己的血脉中注入聊大精神，并终身以此为荣。同时，我也相信，这样的大学生，才是真正适应中华民族复兴伟大事业的人才。
有人说：从绝望中寻找希望，人生终将辉煌，每个人的人生乐章，都需要用心去谱写.我的人生，我想用自己的双手去创造.我的大学生活，我想用自己的方式去活出精彩.我想用拼搏与汗水去赢得一片片掌声!我的大学就是我的青春、我的梦!这就是我作为一名大学生的豪情壮志!

早上好!今天我讲话的题目是《做一个文明之人》。
记得有人说过：“人，一撇一捺，写起来容易做起来难。我们要经常性地思考，我在做什么，我做得怎样，我要成为怎样的人。”做怎样的人，一百个人会有一百种答案，但在每一个答案的背后都有一个基点，那就是做人首先要做一个文明的人。
文明是什么?文明是路上相遇时的微笑，是同学有难时的热情帮助，是平时与人相处时的亲切，是见到师长时的问早问好，是不小心撞到对方时的`一声
“对不起”，是自觉将垃圾放入垃圾箱的举动，是看到有人随地吐痰时的主动制止……文明是一种品质，文明是一种修养，文明是一种受人尊敬并被大家广泛推崇的行为。
做文明之人，就要会用文明语，做文明事。再简单地讲就是要懂礼貌，明事理。中国素有“礼仪之邦”之称，礼貌待人是中华民族的传统美德。生活在幸福时代的我们，如果不能继承和发扬这种优良传统，就不能真正做一个快乐的人。
“良言入耳三冬暖，恶语伤人六月寒”，这句俗话大家要记住。文明礼貌是最容易做到的事，同时也是生活里最重要的事，它比的智慧、比一切的学问都重要。礼貌经常可以替代最珍贵的感情。

人之一世，殊为不易。在看似平坦的人生旅途中充满了种种荆棘，往往使人痛不欲生。痛苦之于人，犹狂风之于陋屋，巨浪之于孤舟，水舌之于心脏。百世沧桑，不知有多少心胸狭隘之人因受挫折放大痛苦而一蹶不振;人世千年，更不知有多少意志薄弱之人因受挫放大痛苦而志气消沉;万古旷世，又不知有多少内心懦弱的人因受挫放大痛苦而葬身于万劫不复的深渊……面对挫折，我们不应放大痛苦，而应直面人生，缩小痛苦，直至成功的一天。
“老当益壮，宁移白首之心;穷且益坚，不坠青云之志。”初唐四杰之一的王勃，可谓：“时运不济，命途多舛，”然而直面挫折，他却能达人知命，笑看人生。试想，如果没有王勃开朗阔达的胸襟，哪能有他吟放出“海内存知己，天涯若比邻”的千古绝唱?“安能摧眉折腰事权贵，使我不得开心颜”的浪漫诗仙李白，在遭遇仕途不顺的挫折后，他沉寂了吗?消沉了吗?没有。“长安市上酒家眠，”笑对痛苦，面对挫折他拂袖而去，遍访名山，终于成就了他千古飘逸的浪漫情怀!由此看来，面对挫折，我们不应过分地沉迷于痛苦失意的阴影中不能自拔;面对挫折，我们不应整日浸泡在悲伤痛苦的泥陷中越陷越深;面对挫折，我们不应长期颓废不振而迷失眼前的方向。遭遇挫折，缩小痛苦，才是明智的选择。相反，若一味沉迷于挫折的痛苦中，结果将不堪设想。刘备面对失去二弟的挫折，因兄弟之情无法释怀，放大痛苦，结果在痛苦中做出错误决定，冒然出兵伐吴，落得“白帝托孤”的千古悲剧。可悲可悲!前事不忘，后事之师。
古人已经为我们做出了太多的榜样，也留下了太多的遗恨。在现在竞争日益加剧的社会里，挫折无处不在。若因一时受挫而放大痛苦，将会终身遗憾。遭遇挫折，就当它是一阵清风，让它从你耳边轻轻吹过;遭遇挫折，就当它为一阵微不足道的小浪，不要让它在你心中击起惊涛骇浪;遭遇挫折，就当痛苦是你眼中的一颗尘粒，眨一眨眼，流一滴泪，就足以将它淹没。遭遇挫折，不应放大痛苦。擦一擦额上的汗，拭一拭眼中欲滴的泪，继续前进吧!相信总有一天你会看见蓝蓝的天，白白的云，青青的草，还有你嘴角边的甜甜的笑……

it’s my great pleasure to stand here to present my speech—change the world， change ourselves。
it’s noticable that western holidays are becoming increasingly popular day by day， while chinese traditional festivals are being somewhat neglected。 not long before about 10 doctors in beijing university and qinghua unversity announced that we should reject the invasion of western holidays ，because they regard western holidays as an challenge against our traditional festivals and culture。
frankly speaking， i don’t quite agree with them。indeed， we should never neglect or even discard our traditonal festivals as china boasts a brilliant history and splendid traditions。 (examples)。but why can’t we absorb the meaningful western holidays and culture。
there are obvious reasons why some western holidays are so popular in china。 on the one hand， some of the western holidays which we chinese don’t have are reasonable and meaningful， such as father’s day and april fool’s day etc。 on the other hand，the prevalence of globalization enables western culture to prevail in china。 overwhelmed by such a trend，chinese unconsiciously get involved in western holidays and culture。
with the further development of the whole world， the cultural communication between different countries and nations becomes faster and more and more important。 we are indeed from different nations， but we are the citizens of the same world， so the outstanding culture of different nations is the commom wealth of everyone on the earth。the only way for us to protect our traditional culture is to reject the foreign culture? the answer is definitely no。 what we ought to do is to spare no effort to educate chinese to get to know and treasure our splendid traditions instead of rejecting foreign culture。 only by educating can we set our confidence and belief towards our culture。 only by educating can we preserve and promote the wealth that our ancesters left for us。

Today I am very glad to be here to share with you my ideas of success. What is success? It is what everyone is longing for.Sometimes success would be rather simple. Winning a game is success; getting a high grade in the exam is success; making a new friend is success; even now I am
standing here giving my speech is somehow also success.
However, as a person’s whole life is concerned, success becomes very
complicated. Is fortune success? Is fame success? Is high social status success? No, I don’t think so. I believe success is the realization of people’s hopes and ideals.Nowadays, in the modern society there are many people
who are regarded as the successful. And the most obvious characteristics of hem are money, high position and luxurious life. So most people believe that s success and all that they do is for this purpose. But the problem is wether it is real success. We all know there are always more money, higher position and better condition in front of us. If we keep chasing them, where is the end? What will satisfy us at last? Therefore, we can see, to get the real Success we must need something inside, which is the realization ofpeople’ hopes and ideals.
Different people have different ideas about success; cause people’s hopes and ideas vary from one another. But I am sure every success is dear to everybody, cause it is not easy to come by, cause in the process of our striving for success, we got both our body and soul tempted, meanwhile we are enlightened by the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient, courage and sense of responsibility. These are the best treasures. So now I am very proud that I have this opportunity to stand here speaking to all of you. It is my success, cause I raise up to challenge my hope.
What is success? Everyone has his own interpretation as I do. But I am sure every success leads to an ever-brighter future. So ladies and gentlemen, believe in our hopes, believe in ourselves, we, every one of us, can make a successful life! Wish you all good success!

栀子花又开始了灿烂的一季。墙角边，庭院前，阳台上，楼道口，到处可以看到粉嫩粉嫩，像蝴蝶一样微微舒展着双翼的淡白色的花瓣。她们努力地向上探了探头，缓缓张开襁褓一样的外衣，一点一点悄悄地绽放。幽幽的馨香向整个楼道口弥漫开来。
花开得越灿烂，悲伤越蔓延。
看着楼道口的栀子花，我想起了你——一个有着栀子花的白皙、栀子花的芳香、栀子花的气质的女孩。你如栀子花一样漂亮!
第一次见到你是在初中毕业典礼上，你穿着米黄色的连衣裙，站在舞台上自弹自唱孙燕姿的《遇见》：“我遇见谁会有怎样的对白，我等的人他在多远的未来……”只是那么一眼，我便记住了你，并在心里千遍万遍临模刻画着你那如同栀子花般娇艳的脸庞。
青春的旋律，我是你最后一个音符。不知道当你柔美的手指滑过黑白的钢琴键时，你会否注意到我的哀伤?
为什么风迟迟不来，帮我吹走这迷人的馨香?我只要白色的哀伤，陪我静静的流淌。
校园的林阴道，绿草坪，休憩亭，我时时寻觅着你的身影。我对着学校的礼堂望穿秋水。我犹如一只溅湿了双翅的蜻蜓，飞过青春的白桦林，不小心沾在了你的指尖。我愿意化成诗的精灵，掠过慕容席的诗行，为你低吟浅唱……
校园的草坪总是绿了又黄，黄了又绿。仿佛是我昨天的脚步踏黄，又被我今天的脚步催绿。为什么我的行迹如此匆匆?——因为我在寻觅你的身影!
六月校园的栀子花开得热烈而又芬芳，浓浓的香味不时充斥着我的嗅觉，仿佛，那就是你的味道。
何炅老师在电视上神情并茂演唱：“栀子花开，SO beautiful so white，在这个季节，我们将离开……”我的轮廓划过浅浅的哀伤。校园的栀子花开了，这个季节，我们也将离开。在青春的旋律上，我仍是你最后一个音符，你很快将会忘却。
校园的栀子花仍静静地绽放，只是少了些许生气，偶尔离别的哀伤会随着花香肆无忌惮的蔓延。离别的剧情将在这个六月上演，只是没有剧本，没有导演，只有主角和配角。剧情里你会是谁的谁，我又能是你的谁?没有剧本，一切未知!我遇见你，没有一句对白，我等待的你在何处的现在?你会不会在这栀子花开得最浪漫的时候离去?那么我对你的期望只能埋藏在这片花海。
时间如飞鸟悄悄飞走了。我会站在栀子花开的地方，静静吮吸着你的味道。只是时间流走的不仅是期望，留下的也不只是悲伤。

曾经的无知少年，如今的有志青年，曾经的我怀着一颗“十年寒窗苦读，一心只为功名”的心，曾经梦想着“春风得意马蹄疾，一日看尽长安花”的美好场景，但是现实往往是残酷的，随之而来的是梦想与我失之交臂，我只好来到了武汉纺织大学。[)在这几个月的时光过去了，我从懵懂到求知，从依赖到独立，我经历了许许多多的困难与艰辛。曾经20xx年厚重的累积沉甸甸地烙印在我的心灵深处，从梦开始的地方启程，我艰难地来到纺大，成为了家人期待的焦点、，明白了肩负的`担子。
经过了高考，我完成了自己的短期意愿，开启了完全属于自己的四年生活。这四年生活中，我所要面对的，还只是未知数，但我坚信精神的力量，能帮助我度过难关。
大半个月的入学准备、军训、思想教育等，让我感觉到无比的兴奋和有责任感，如两个个礼拜的军训，虽然有点仓促，但却是锻炼人的好机会，严厉的教官，炙热的太阳，难熬的时间，无不考验着人们的意志和信念，当时虽有想放弃，但自己心里还是坚持下来，战胜了懦弱。现在回想起来，觉得军训再辛苦也值，生为人，就要战胜一切困难。
渐渐的迎来了各门课程的开始，经过几个月的学习和实践，觉得大学里更具人文主义气息和自由的学习氛围，同比高中来说，大学里更加开放，课程的安排更加注重合理化，一般是上午有课，下午没课，我想这样更加有利于提前预习和课后安排复习。还有大学中时不时的碰见一对对情侣，这要是在高中时，肯定要被记过，我本身是反对在学习期间谈恋爱的，但是大学中恋爱人数的增加不也是从侧面反映出大学的自由与民主化吗?
